Administrators should have the ability to cancel or block specific time slots.Canceling or blocking a slot should prevent customers from booking appointments during that time.
The system will allow administrators to set up time slots for every day of the week.Administrators will be able to define the start and end times for each day.
In the event of an emergency, administrators will have the option to override existing appointments.Emergency overrides will allow for both appointment cancellations and rescheduling.
Customers will be able to cancel their appointments.Administrators will also have the option to cancel appointments on behalf of customers, especially in emergency situations.

Admin Users have an option to do booking over the phone; they will be able to send out links for making payments (razor pay link)
